In the summer of his third year, the team lost to Saitama Sakae High School in the Saitama Championship Tournament. 2006-2012: Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters 2012-2018: Hanshin Tigers He has played every position in official games except pitcher, shortstop, and center field. He had a good chemistry with Maeda Kenta and Kuroda Hiroki, who were both on the Hiroshima Carp at the time, despite the fact that most Hanshin fielders had difficulty facing them. In regular season matches against them, he recorded a batting average of .556 (5 hits in 9 at-bats) against Maeda in 2013 and .364 (4 hits in 11 at-bats) against Kuroda in 2015.
