The videos on this channel are generally unscripted. They're improvisational chats, so they can get a little sloppy, but please be patient. You can basically understand the theory, so I recommend this to people who feel like their reaction time is slow or they're not good at sports due to their age. There's no excuse for being young! I'm in my 30s and only play about once a week, but if there was a group for people over 30 or a group for once-a-week play, I think I'd be pretty good. My eyesight is 0.15, too.
