C'est en 2015 que j'ai changé ma vie du jour au lendemain. Alors que je croulais sous les dettes, j'ai eu besoin de changer l'entièreté de ma vie, surtout quant à mes habitudes de surconsommation. Après avoir découvert le minimalisme sur le Web, j'ai décidé d'adopter les principes que ce mode de vie avait à m'offrir. Cinq années plus tard, la simplicité, la frugalité et le minimalisme font toujours partie intégrante de mon quotidien. Le blogue a été créé à l'été 2015 pour partager mes découvertes, mes progrès et pour inspirer les gens à vivre autrement et différemment. Pour moi, vivre la décroissance n'avait qu'un nom: Vivre avec moins. Vivre avec moins d'objets, réutiliser ce que j'avais déjà plutôt que de surconsommer, changer ma façon de vivre tous les jours et trouver des alternatives frugales pour atteindre l'indépendance financière.
