Hi, I'm Anastasia. I would love to share with you some of my secrets and tips on how to look and feel great after 40. Lots of my friends are always asking me how I manage to look after myself so well after 40 so I decided to start this channel and share my secrets online. On this channel I will show you my favourite DIY beauty secrets, fashion tips, trends and make up ideas as well as my fitness and healthy lifestyle secrets.
