In 2023, I solo thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail, an experience that reshaped how I see endurance, solitude, faith, and personal growth. Since then, this space has continued to follow my long-walk journey — from preparation hikes and returns to the Appalachian Trail, to walking historic routes like the Inca Trail in Peru, road trips, and sharing the trail with family. In 2026, I’ll be thru-hiking the Continental Divide Trail, documenting both the preparation and the journey itself with honesty and intention. If you’re drawn to long-distance hiking, solo hiking as a woman, trail mindset, preparation from low elevation, faith, and the deeper lessons that come from quiet places and sustained effort, you’re welcome here.
