Hi! Here you will find all things amateur BJJ, including hints and tips for new starters and live rolls. I'm a 37-year-old woman with no previous athletic credentials. Medium-heavy (74kg), 5ft 8in tall. I train Gi and Nogi (I love Nogi). No filters, no glam, no big shot BJJ celebs (yet! 😉). Just real and raw Jiu Jitsu, from a woman training in a small-time club in the UK. I'm often times the only woman in a room full of men😦! Videos recorded during live classes, live sparring, drilling, private training sessions and competitions. I started training in 2021. As of Feb 24, I’m a white belt with 3 stripes. I started my channel after competing for the first time in Nov 23. A huge step outside of my comfort zone, overcoming extreme anxiety and boosting my Jiu-Jitsu learning and confidence!
