We've been living on boats for over 20 years. Come and find out what it's like... We are Jamie and Liz, and we dropped out of all the madness to live on our sailing boat from 2005 until 2024. We cruised from Turkey to Indonesia and all the countries in between with our cat, Millie. In 2025, we made another change in our lives and moved back to England, settling onto our new boat, a wide-beam canal boat (like a narrowboat but wider 😀). We thought Millie-the-cat was irreplaceable, but now Marley (our rescue bullador dog) has joined the family. Our plan is to spend the next part of our lives travelling through the canals and rivers of England. Although this is our native country, there are towns, villages and even counties we have never visited. Wish us luck... 🙏 Fair winds and good windings! Liz and Jamie 🐠🐝🐈🐕🐾🍃
