This channel has been created for anyone who needs to work out from a seated position, or for those who want to become stronger by holding onto a chair during part of a workout. You will find both options here with Jules from 'Improved Health'. Since we are all of different abilities, you'll find a variety of levels from gentle seated workouts (level 1), to beginner (level 2) and intermediate (level 3). Once you find which level suits you best, you can find similar workouts in the playlists and on www.improvedhealthforseniors.com. You can also find a variety of seated and standing workouts on the original channel, 'Improved Health' on YouTube. I have decided to start this second channel dedicated to seated workouts, but I'm unable to move the seated workouts over to this new channel.
