I'm on a mission to help a million men get rid of their gut! This is my story... I hit rock bottom at 29 years old. After 10 years of being stuck behind a desk in an office job I was overweight, burnt out, and barely recognised myself in the mirror. I knew something had to change, but I didn't know where to start. I yo-yo'd from diet to diet but nothing worked. In 2018 I stopped listening to the bulls**t online and spent my evenings reading dusty old text books, research papers and scientific journals. After a lot of long days and late nights I finally figured out where I was going wrong, and lost 50lbs in just 4 months ! My confidence skyrocketed, and it finally felt like I got my edge back. Since then I've personally coached over 500+ men to lose 30+ pounds, and helped millions more through my content.
