খবর থেকে হেঁসেল—এক লড়াকু সাংবাদিকের তেরো বছরের জার্নি ​২০১৩ সাল। নিউজ বাংলায় পথচলা শুরু হয়েছিল রিসেপশনিস্ট হিসেবে। কিন্তু স্বপ্ন ছিল অন্য। তাই রাত জেগে একা হাতে শিখেছি ভয়েস ওভার, পিসিআর (PCR) সামলানো, এমনকি সফটওয়্যার আর হার্ডওয়্যারের খুঁটিনাটি। নিউজরুমের সেই এডিটিং প্যানেলে কাটানো রাতগুলোই আমাকে শিখিয়েছিল—শূন্য থেকে কীভাবে নিজের সাম্রাজ্য গড়তে হয়। ​২০১৮ সালে শুরু করি 'Tolly Reporter'। নিজের মেহনতে সেটাকে সফল করেছি, যা আজও সগৌরবে চলছে। কিন্তু আমার মনের আরেকটা কোণ জুড়ে ছিল রান্নার ভালোবাসা। সেই টানেই ২০২০-২১ সালে জন্ম নিল 'Rakhi Creation'। ​আজ ২০২৬। গত পাঁচ বছরে ১২০০-এর বেশি রেসিপি আপনাদের দিয়েছি। টলি রিপোর্টার সফল হলেও, Rakhi Creation আজও আমার কাছে অমীমাংসিত যুদ্ধ।যে মেয়ে ২০১৩-তে রাত জেগে এডিটিং প্যানেল দখল করত, সে ২০২৬-এ এসে হার মানবে না। ​এখানে শুধু রান্না পাবেন না, পাবেন এক মধ্যবিত্ত মেয়ের জেদ, অভিজ্ঞতা আর ১২০০ ভিডিওর দীর্ঘ তপস্যা। আমি একাই সব সামলাই—কারণ আমি বিশ্বাস করি, নিজের রাজত্ব নিজেকেই গড়তে হয়। ​সাফল্য হয়তো আজও অধরা, কিন্তু আমার লড়াই জারি আছে।
