I have been retired since August of 2014. I have been singing now for about 9 years. It was a little bit of a pain at first trying to figure out how to get around a mechanical problem with my jaw that affected my voice, looking back at it now I have had this problem with my lower jaw all my life. Has I would later discover this little problem affected my singing. I started singing first in the military, doing base talent shows. I really didn’t understand the mechanics of it all so I just gave up. Many years later while in the entertainment industry. The hole business was very complicated, you see I had what was known as an “ Underbite” a Class III malocclusion or Prognathism. Things were so bad that when doing vocal warm up exercises, my Eustachian tubes in my ears would vibrate to the point of causing me great discomfort. Well It has been a long road to training myself to get around these problems. It's been a long journey, with it's difficulties, but I just keep pressing forward.
