Both of us spent our 20s as working actors in Hollywood before moving to Orlando to work at the Walt Disney World resort as performers. One of us is retired, sort of, and the other works as an author (“SERVICE is a SUPERPOWER") and keynote speaker. We’re inspired by Ben and David's fabulous cruise videos @Cruisewith, and also the sweet, charming adventures of Charlie and Will @charlieandwillofficial. Recently retired I found that quilting and sewing bags helps fill my days with joy. I started quilting 4 years ago. My brother wanted a denim quilt.That started me down a rabbit hole. I have even started using quilting in bag making. I enjoy using my scraps to make something unique. I am fairly new to quilting. Follow my journey learning new things. I share my success and failures. It’s never too late to learn something new. Whether it’s quilting or another hobby, Retirement is a great time to try something new. You can teach an old dog new tricks. Now, that I’m in my retirement years, Quilting has really helped me fill my days with enjoyment. I laugh alot and have fun. I host live streams to sew with friends and subscribers. I get distracted easily and I am far from perfect. All this girl wants to do is sew and have fun. There is no judgement here.
