नमस्ते, २००७ मध्ये ब्लॉग रायटींग पासून मधुराजरेसिपीची सुरुवात झाली. हेतू हाच होता की आपले मराठमोळे पदार्थ जागतिक व्यासपीठावर आले पाहिजे. २ वर्षे ब्लॉग लिहिल्यावर एक गोष्ट लक्षात आली की इतकंच पुरेसं नाही आणि आपले पदार्थ जास्तीत जास्त लोकांपर्यंत पोहचले पाहिजे. आणि हाच हेतू उराशी बाळगून २००९ मध्ये मधुराजरेसिपीचं youtube वर पदार्पण झालं. तळणीचे मोदक, उकडीचे मोदक, दिवाळी फराळ, घारगे, कापण्या असे अस्सल पारंपरिक पदार्थ ते कुकरमध्ये केक, इनो वापरून ढोकळा, इडली असे नाविन्यपूर्ण पदार्थांचा पाया/ट्रेंड रचला जो अनेक जण आहे तसा फॉलो करत आहेत. आपलं काम इथवर मर्यादित न राहता गेली अनेक वर्षे महाराष्ट्राचा इतिहास आणि भूगोल यांचा अभ्यास सुरु आहेच. या नवीन चॅनेलवर महाराष्ट्रातील विविध पैलूंचा विचार करत नवीन किचनची धाटणी केली आहे. विठू माउलीपासून ते महाराष्ट्रातील पारंपरिक वस्त्र पैठणीचा देखील समावेश या नवीन किचन स्टुडिओत आहे. काही त्रुटी असणारच आहेत आणि याची सर्वस्वी जबाबदारी माझीच :)
