Lesley Riddoch is a podcaster, journalist, author, filmmaker, cyclist, land reform campaigner & lover of all things Nordic. She grew up in Belfast, moved to Glasgow at 13, then Oxford & Cardiff Universities and Strathclyde University for a PhD. Lesley was a BBC presenter for 25 years on BBC2, Channel 4, Radio 4 and Radio Scotland winning 2 Sony awards. She edited the Scotswoman on International Women’s Day 1995, and writes columns for the National. Lesley was on the trust that helped Eigg island buyout in 1997 and founded the Africawoman journalism training charity in 1999. In 2020 she won the Saltire Society Fletcher of Saltoun Award for contribution to public life. Lesley has co-presented a weekly Lesley Riddoch Podcast (see Youtube channel) for 17 years. She has written five books, co-produced/presented many films. Hi, Welcome to my YouTube channel. I upload on a regular weekly basis Classic Mini related videos and workshops. I currently own three Classic Minis, a very rare 1997 Rover Mini Cooper Sport 5, Rover Mini Cooper MPI 1997, and a 1994 Rover Mini Sprite which I have modified extensively restored over the last 7 years including converting the engine to a 1.6 lite 8v C16SE from a Vauxhall Astra GLSi with a 5 speed gearbox. I have owned Classic Minis for nearly 30 years and have picked up some great tips and learnt some valuable lessons along the way which I am more than happy to share with you. I am lucky enough to have owned several Mini Coopers and two ultra rare UK Spec ERA Turbo Minis. I attend many Mini events throughout the year and am Vice Chairman of Brighton Mini Club. I enjoy helping others time permitting and have been involved in some very exciting Mini based project recently. Please feel free to ask any questions

Ivan Dutton has spent his life obsessing about cars. Repairing them, tweaking them, restoring them, making them go faster and faster and racing them. Ivan is well known as a vintage Bugatti expert and racer, having established his business Ivan Dutton Bugatti, now run by his son Timothy, in the 1980s. Back in the early 1970s he had a very successful few years racing production saloon cars. Now in his 80s, his passion has not waned and he shares his knowledge and experience of all things automotive through this YouTube channel. He has an eclectic mix of cars and bikes and there is a wide variety of content including advanced mechanical work and bodges in his Shed with 'old young John', driving antics on and off-road and on the track and then some gallivanting in the UK and Europe, with his friend Suzie.
