No, I was never on K-TV! (South African joke) Some background on me: My career as a television presenter started way back in 1998 when I joined M-Net as a continuity announcer and have remained in front of the camera in some way, shape or form ever since. What will you see on the channel? My mates think my current job is the best - testing and reviewing all the latest motor cars to hit the market - I wont lie, it is pretty cool. Ignition was started back in 2008 with me as the anchor presenter and it remains South Africa's only dedicated 24/7 motoring channel with just under 3 million viewers each week. So yes, expect to see a lot of car related content on my channel! BUT I am equally passionate about creating content - conceptualising ideas for clients and telling their story. Thats where my production company, MRP, comes into the picture so you will also get to see the work I do from a production perspective and enjoy the moments we create. Thanks, Marius

It’s called The F Factor and you’ve either got it or you don’t yet.
"Canvas of a Runner" (abbreviated as COAR) is a South African running and lifestyle podcast hosted by Thandeka Mngomezulu, a runner over 40 who shares her journey of distance running, community building, and personal growth. The show focuses on inspiring conversations with other people about life, fitness, running lessons, wins, and mental resilience - emphasizing that it's never too late to pursue goals. I stream on Sundays at 7 PM SAST, with episodes and I feature additional content like workout videos, documentaries, and running struggles and wins. The podcast covers topics from marathon training and recovery meals to interviews with other runners on post-maternity marathons, or elite athletes sharing race strategies. Recent episodes include discussions on men's wellness, finding yourself through running, and practical nutrition like high-protein recovery meals for runners.
