MOJO is an award-winning Malaysian/Indonesian modern rock band founded in 2012. The band started its musical journey as an experimental "Super Band" project by singer/songwriter/producer, Edry Abdul Halim from KRU (as keyboardist). Edry invited One In A Million's 2009 finalist, Nasharul Aweera Norhissham (Aweera as vocalist), Johar Lucas (Johar as drummer) from the nu-jazz band Tilu and Indonesian music composer and arranger Akhadiat Denny Prazudikusumo (Denny as lead guitarist) to join the group and achieved immediate success through their self-titled debut EP featuring the hit single "Andai Ku Bercinta Lagi" released by KRU Music. Throughout their career, MOJO won numerous awards including Best New Artiste at Anugerah Industri Muzik in 2012, Best Performance at Hong Kong Asian Pop Music Festival in 2013, and Best Performance at Anugerah Juara Lagu 2015 through the mega-hit song "Romancinta".
