Formada por tres hermanos holandeses criados como hijos de misioneros en Lima, Perú, Elbert (voz principal, flautas, saxofón y trompeta), Johan (guitarra acústica) y Niek Smelt (batería y percusión), junto con Bert Bos (bajo), criado en Holanda, Trinity es una banda de ritmo mundial que fusiona el folk sudamericano e irlandés con ritmos africanos y grooves pop para crear una experiencia musical acústica única. 
Trinity is a Worldbeat band consisting of four Dutch guys. Their mix of South American and Irish folk with African beats and Pop grooves creates an exciting sound. When put in front of a crowd their passionate live performance is bound to end up in one big party.
