Located in regional Victoria, Shelby's ceramics are inspired by flowering gum trees, golden wattle and frolicking wildlife. Shelby creates unique, functional and whimsical pieces for the home and to wear. Shelby uses a variety of traditional hand building and wheel throwing techniques to create the one of a kind pieces of work. Shelby has always been a creative at heart and only began exploring ceramics after she was diagnosed with cancer in 2016. The therapeutic movement of the clay led her to use it as a healing tool to recover from her treatments. Ever since then, she has fallen in love with the craft. This channel will be dedicated the all things pottery, art, small business and the process behind her beautiful artworks.
