We quit our 9-5 jobs in July 2024 for a mini retirement / gap year and started van life in August 2024. We love exploring new places, eating yummy food, going on adventures, playing with our puppy (Bailey is THE cutest mini dachshund), and sharing our journey along the way. Welcome to Ivy's Kitchen! I really never used to know how to cook. I would be intimidated to cook because I wasn't sure if the dish would turn out right or if I would be wasting my time & money.
