ลมหายใจแห่งธรรม คือพื้นที่แห่งความสงบสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการพักใจจากความวุ่นวายของชีวิต และกลับมาอยู่กับลมหายใจของตนเอง ผ่านเรื่องเล่าธรรมะ การเจริญสติ สมาธิ และข้อคิดจากคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้า ช่องนี้นำเสนอเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับ ธรรมะสอนใจ • ธรรมะก่อนนอน • ฟังธรรมะ • สมาธิ • การเจริญสติ • การปล่อยวาง เนื้อหาทุกตอนถูกเรียบเรียงขึ้นเพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ฟังได้หยุดพักจากความวุ่นวายของโลกภายนอก และหันกลับมารับรู้ลมหายใจของตนเองในปัจจุบันขณะ ในวันที่ใจอ่อนล้า ในวันที่ชีวิตเต็มไปด้วยความคิดมากมาย บางครั้งสิ่งที่เราต้องการที่สุด อาจไม่ใช่คำตอบของทุกปัญหา แต่คือความสงบเล็กๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อเรากลับมาอยู่กับลมหายใจ ธรรมะอยู่ในทุกลมหายใจ ช่อง ลมหายใจแห่งธรรม จึงถูกสร้างขึ้นเพื่อเป็นพื้นที่เล็กๆ ที่จะช่วยให้ผู้ฟังได้ ฟังธรรมะเพื่อความสงบของจิตใจ เรียนรู้การเจริญสติในชีวิตประจำวัน ขอให้ทุกคลิปในช่องนี้ เป็นเหมือนช่วงเวลาสั้นๆ ที่ช่วยให้ใจของเราได้พัก ได้สงบ และได้กลับมาอยู่กับลมหายใจอีกครั้ง ขอเชิญคุณนั่งลงสักครู่ รับรู้ลมหายใจเข้า รับรู้ลมหายใจออก แล้วปล่อยให้ธรรมะค่อยๆ ทำหน้าที่ของมัน สาธุ 🙏
