Originally, I was 173 cm tall and weighed 56 kg, a skinny guy with very little self-confidence. I started weight training because I wanted to gain confidence and be more attractive to girls. As my body changed, my appearance improved, my confidence grew, and I became more positive on the inside. After that, I worked as a police officer from the age of 20 to 24, but I realized that you only live once and want to do what you really want to do, so I changed jobs to become a personal trainer, wanting to train people like myself.
