Hello, you. I'm Philip, I live in Surrey in the UK and I have been uploading videos to YouTube since 2006. I have a huge archive of TV shows I taped in the 1990s on VHS and have uploaded the majority of them onto this channel, simply because that's the only way you'll get to see most of them. I've also uploaded tens of thousands of feet from old home movies. I've never monetised my channel - I'm here to share, not earn (especially as I don't have intellectual rights over any of the TV shows). I read every comment.

This is an unofficial youtube channel for Top of the Pops shows. "Top of the Pops" (TOTP) was a British music chart television programme, produced by the BBC, that aired weekly from 1964 to 2006. It showcased performances of the week's best-selling singles and included a rundown of the UK singles chart. The show was a cultural phenomenon and a platform for both established and up-and-coming musical artists. TOTP typically featured performances of popular music singles, often excluding songs that were dropping down the chart. The show also included a weekly chart rundown, originally the Top 20, then Top 30, and finally the Top 40. BBC Four reruns In April 2011, the BBC began to reshow Top of the Pops on BBC Four beginning with the equivalent show from 35 years earlier. This channel features some of those repeat shows broadcast on BBC4.
