Voice of Islam Trust (VOI), a non-profit and voluntary charitable Organisation in New Zealand, formed in the year 2004. VOI delivers the message of Islam based on the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah (practices) of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). VOI does not promote any political, national, ethnic, social or class perspective - its focus is purely on da'wah (conveying the message of Islam) and deen-al-Islam (the Islamic faith/way of life). After the 15 March 2019 Mosques attack in Christchurch, VOI decided to expand and aim to deliver the Message of Islam in the best manner, fighting the hate and disinformation about Islam.
