That covers the upkeep of the park, waste collection, and basic services like water. Running Costs and Maintenance The Good Bits Living here has changed the way I think about “home.” t’s cheaper and simpler — no mortgage, no endless DIY jobs. I’m surrounded by nature: I wake up to birdsong, not traffic. Static caravans depreciate — they lose value over time. Would I Recommend It?
