Shima-yan I went independent in 2009, despite having zero education (almost a high school graduate), zero connections, 3 million yen in debt, debt restructuring experience, and no know-how. Thanks to all our customers, I am now the CEO of Co., Ltd. 2019: Annual sales of 500 million yen, approximately 150 employees - Approximately 7 directly managed stores - Approximately 20 produced stores - 5 franchise stores ENISHI, a directly managed store in Kobe, won a Michelin Bib Gourmand award By changing the concept of each store, we offer products and brands tailored to the location, and all stores are thriving. After opening a store in Singapore in 2019 and experiencing great success, we will begin full-scale overseas franchise expansion in 2021. We are producing ramen at NEXCO West Japan service areas, growing sales by 20% year-on-year. We also volunteer at orphanages and kindergartens twice a year to provide ramen.
