六十岁后的叔公们

今年踏入七十了。。 都说人生七十古来稀。。。 幸好叔公还走得动。。。。 六十岁后, 老了吗? 以马来西亚六十岁为退休年龄, 我们应该享清福了. 但是有些国家把退休年龄延后到六十八岁。 很久以前, 当我选择了不再打工时也开始了自己喜欢的生活方式. 虽然不是一帆风顺但是也无大风大浪.开开心心的走过了二十年. 今天, 六十六岁了,除了那头白发,也不觉得自己有多老. 回头看看这几年我都在做些什么呢?, 回顾一下, 过的还真逍遥自在. 我喜欢大自然, 每年都到处走, 一走就是好几个月, 这可说是独身者所能享有的奢侈吧! 最近这两年,因为疫情Covid 19的关系, 被迫留在马来西亚, 但也没闲着. 到農园去帮帮忙, 做些劳力工, 锻炼身体为疫情后的新生活准备准备.. 除了这, 也上网学习一些新事物. 譬如学学煮菜, 以及做些遗忘了的妈妈味道. 上网查查,也真是有妈妈曾经煮过的菜.. 重新煮些妈妈的菜, 重新回忆妈妈煮菜的模样, 一切历历在目,重拾那从没忘记过的味道. 拍视频上youtube就是2021年十二月的产物, 学习过程还真是非同小可. 这说来真有点不好意思, 从拍视频到剪辑都是由一个十岁和一个十二岁的孩子处学来的,还差点把眼睛给累坏.学习过程虽然有点辛苦但喜悦感还是有点而且常常有惊喜. 视频都是一些日常生活, 无太多变化. 但都是,绞尽脑汁一点一滴的累积经验而成. 过程虽然缓慢却是用心拍,费心剪辑而成的. 我是感觉到有进步的,但是不懂大家看不看得到. 好吧! 我就继续记录些一个七十岁后之年轻人的生活吧..

He is a 12th generation lineage holder of Chen Tai Chi and a 6th generation lineage holder of Yang Tai Chi. Among his teachers are Wang Er Ping, Grandmaster Fu Sheng Yuan, and Grandmaster Li Yu Jiao. Born in 1977 in the Henan province, China, Master Bao inherited his martial arts skills from his ancestors from the Shaolin Temple under the strict guidance of his father. With more than 25 years of teaching experience, he is passionate about his work. We offer Tai Chi and Wushu classes here at Hua Ying Wushu & Tai Chi Academy in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
