André Hajj Artistic Director and Principle Conductor of The Lebanese National Oriental Orchestra. Composer, Former Professor at "Holy Spirit University of Kaslik" (USEK) (1989 - 2009) and The Former Dean of Oud Instrument in the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music (2009- 2011). In 2011, Hajj was assigned by Dr. Walied Gholmieh, the Founder of the Orchestra and its Former Conductor and the Former Director of The Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music, to be the Principle Conductor of the Orchestra. Since then, Maestro Andre Hajj has taken upon himself the mission of reviving the Lebanese and Arabic Musical Heritage and regaining the image of great music legends by featuring their works on stage. Also encouraging Oriental Music Composition and supporting new musical talents and youth choirs.
