Cape Town News - CTNews
@capetown-news
We cover the stories shaping everyday life for Capetonians, from housing, crime, traffic, and public services through local politics, community issues, events, sport, and the weather that helps you plan ahead each day. Our reports follow a daily editorial routine and are not mass-produced or automated. Reporting is based on verified sources and local relevance. Research and scripting are assisted by artificial intelligence to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency, with all editorial decisions reviewed and approved by a human editor, Mark Botes-Lashmar. Our visual format uses real photographs and original graphics instead of video footage, with production created using Adobe After Effects for graphics and Adobe Premiere Pro for editing. Cape Town News believes transparency matters. Technology helps us work smarter, but people remain responsible for what we publish. New bulletins are released every weekday at 3 PM. No spin. No noise. Just local news you can trust.
