Cheb Houssem AbdelKrim Z., mieux connu sous le nom de Cheb Houssem, est un chanteur-compositeur et multi-instrumentiste Algérien. Il est né le 6 janvier 1987 dans le quartier du Plateau dans la ville d’Oran, berceau de la musique Raï, en Algérie. Ses débuts en tant que musicien se sont fait dans des mariages, à des événements spéciaux et dans les boîtes de nuit. En 2007 Abdelkrim a débuté la production et l’enregistrement de disques sous le nom de Cheb Houssem, c’est grâce à sa voix unique et ses performances envoûtantes qu’il a pu se faire un nom dans la musique Raï en Algérie
