Hello and Welcome! As my daily business is mostly related to sewing and second hand dealing, I'll be sharing with you my latest projects and ideas for sewing to sell. You'll learn to repair and alter clothes, construct new garments, and even upcycle some treasures from the Op Shops. As part of my second hand dealing, I've been enjoying ways to repurpose things long forgotten and unwanted, so you'll get to see what I'm doing with these previously unloved items. I love to get feedback, and am happy to try new things, so feel free to make requests for any video content that you'd like me to do. My list is ever growing, and about six pages long so far, but I'll get there eventually. My partner Chris and I previously enjoyed a low carb lifestyle. All the recipes are tried and tested by me, whilst Chris gets to be my guinea pig. Brupeg sunk in the Bundaberg Burnett River Flood 2013. The guys who rescued Brupeg, stripped her down to almost nothing. Pretty much everything was ruined after the soaking in salt water but the hull was sound. stripped of internal wall panels & insulation, good sized cabin and room for additional rooms and covered rear deck, good amount of fuel capacity and a separate wheel house. This was to be an expedition boat. We even ended up considering a couple of wooden trawlers out of desperation but I’m glad we didn't go for them and waited because then we found BRUPEG! Because nothing was left, all insulation, windows, equipment was removed we get to choose and replace with chemically safe materials and design and redesign how we wanted. Our goal is a chemically safe and environmentally responsible ‘little ship’ that can be our home and a place for our friends and family as means to travel to some of the most remote places on the planet.
