In 2017, I hit rock bottom. I knew it the moment I dramatically stormed out of my first ever yoga class. But sooner that moment sparked a wild obsession that led me to Rishikesh (yoga’s 'Disneyland) where I earned certifications in Ashtanga & Hatha, followed by advanced study in Bangalore, thanks to a prestigious scholarship while juggling a career in public policy.
