Few bands combine energy, intensity and extreme brutality the way that deathcore juggernauts Distant do. Even fewer bands are able to crush the listener in such an immersive, conceptual experience joined not only by thematic lyricism but a novel of written lore to accompany it. Distant, however, are one of those bands that are able to do both—and then some. Hailing in one part from Rotterdam, The Netherlands and the other from Bratislava, Slovakia, Distant combines elements of hyper-dissonant downtempo deathcore, slamming brutal death metal, and beatdown to create a vicious world of heaviness.

I enjoy making video game compilations of all sorts! My hope is that it helps you with studying, working (out), sleeping, or any other activity!! I do not cater towards one specific game or game company, I'll cover any video game as long as it has good music! Furthermore, I always make the compilations at least 3 hours long. I do this because of two reasons: First, to push myself to find and discover more unknown songs from a wide variety of games. Second, to make sure that you the viewer can maintain focused for a long time. Especially when studying it is annoying and distracting to try find a new VGM compilation every hour or so (speaking from personal experience). One last thing, my previous channel OmniST was terminated because of Square Enix. To avoid getting deleted again, I do not use any songs from them in my videos anymore.
