Dr. Ranjan has experience of 51000+ Cataract & Refractive, 2000+ Glaucoma, 1000+ Retinal lasers & Injections and 1500+ Oculoplasty surgeries. He has developed a new surgical technique to perform cataract surgery; Ranjan’s Modified Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (R-MSICS), Cartwheel Chop for Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery & combined glaucoma & cataract surgeries (The Infinity Incision). He is also the inventor of two surgical instruments, the Ranjan MSICS Marker and Carter (The Cartwheel Chopper). Dr. Ranjan is prolific writer & speaker. He has authored more than thirty-fivepublications in peer reviewed journals, one book & contributed three book chapters. He often serves as an invited guest speaker & trainer in various national & international conferences.
