Why would a retired woman start a YouTube Channel? For me it's because I wanted something new to learn and this sounded fun. I also want to make some new friends, seems as you get older so do your friends. Some have moved away, some have passed away, and many have lost that laughter they once had. I named the channel "Flew The Coop" because I want to get away from a boring retirement and do something fun! I'm sure my first videos will be sloppy and maybe they will never improve. But I'm gonna give it a go anyhow. I have found that if I tell others I'm doing something, it's easier to actually do it. So here are some things that I will be doing: de-junking my house, working in my yard, preserving food, some prepping, maybe some crafts, dancing, laughing, having fun, relaxing, camping in my van, while pushing my husband to do it all with me, and most important going where the Lord leads me!!
