Tips voor je algehele gezondheid zoals: afslank tips of vet verbrand tips. Slowjuicer sapjes of smoothie recepten, gember of kurkuma shots of thee. Sapjes en warme drankjes voor afslanken, afvallen en ontgiften. Wholefood recepten zoals peulvruchten broodjes. Zelf vegan kaas, pindakaas of mayonaise maken en allerlei heerlijke wholefood sausjes. Glutenvrije recepten zoals pannenkoekjes, wraps, broodjes of cake (suikervrij). Plantaardige en glutenvrije soep, maaltijd en salade recepten! Soms gooi ik er een persoonlijke vlog van mij.
