I’ve always had a passion for nutrition and fitness and have always dreamt of educating the world on a large scale. My goal is to help YOU and others learn the truth about nutrition and fitness, whether certain trends or supplements are worth trying, and really showing you that achieving good health IS possible at any budget or age. I want to teach you that you don’t have to be “that girl” to be healthy. You don’t have to be rich to be healthy. You don’t have to buy every supplement to be healthy. I read children's storybooks (for my daughter, basically) and I hope that other children enjoy my reading, too! New storybooks often (at least once a month, if not once weekly). We make trips to the library weekly 😊
