Lola Rae is really passionate about creating change in Africa; she was involved in MultiChoice’s ‘Africa Rising’ alongside other prominent artists, with the song used to promote social investment projects across Africa. Born to a British father, Ghanaian mother and raised in Nigeria; Lola Rae is able to reach and resonate with a wide range of audiences, she has been exposed to a diverse range of cultures throughout her life, which has played an evident role in forming her distinctive sound.
