I work as filmmaker and writer, with a focus on sustainable tourism and cycling. I am the author of Great British Gravel Rides and Bikepacking Scotland. In 2015/16 I cycled around the world on a #singlespeed bike - 34,097km through 26 countries. Since then I create cycling and bikepacking routes through http://bikepackingscotland.com and http://bikepackinggermany.com , organise the Dirt Dash event series and founded the Edinburgh Dawn Patrol.
