Hey Visionaries! Alisha here and when I was 21, my life drastically changed forever. For a year I had anxious appointments, tiring tests and endless exams, I was diagnosed with an incurable eye disease. Stargardt's Disease is a recessive degenerative disorder. Basically, I'm legally blind and it only took five years to get here. Since 2010, I have been on this vision loss journey that has taught me so much about myself and life. Everyday is a struggle, can't lie. Yet, I keep on keeping on and finding the beauty in the struggle. This is my life, legally blind. My channel started as an outlet to AVOID accepting my fate.
