বাঙালির রসনা শিল্প জগৎ বিখ্যাত। আগের দিনে এই রান্না শিল্পটি বংশ পরস্পরায় টিকে ছিল, অর্থাৎ নানী-দাদী বা মা-খালাদের কাছে নতুন জেনারেশন রান্না শিল্প রপ্ত করতো। কিন্তু এই আধুনিক এবং ডিজিটাল নগর জীবনে নানী-দাদীদের কাছেই রান্না শেখার সুযোগ নাই। তাই নতুন জেনারেশন এর রান্না শেখার জন্য এটি আধুনিক প্লাটফ্রম। তাই আমার এই পথচলা শুরু। আমি আপনাদের কে রেসিপিগুলো এমন করে উপস্থাপন করবো যেন আপনি খুব সহজে রেসিপিগুলো বাসায় নিজে বানাতে পারেন । আপনার কাছে এইটা আমার অঙ্গীকার। আমি কখনো ভিউ বাড়ানোর জন্য ভিডিও বানায় না। আমি সে রেসিপি ভিডিও বানায় যেটা আমাকে এবং আমার পরিবারকে খাবারের তৃপ্ততা এনে দেয়। আমার প্রয়াস শুধু মাত্র এই রান্নার আনন্দটুকু সবার মাঝে ছড়িয়ে দেওয়া।
