Hi everyone! I'm Bobby, a Canadian National Level bodybuilder and Exercise Science Lecturer/Coach/PT. I've been working in the Field of Exercise Science for the past 40 years. I have coached & lectured past/present and hopefully future National & Olympic Champions in the sports of: Bodybuilding, Fitness/Figure, Powerlifting, Muay Thai, Soccer & Swimming. I've been featured in Muscle Mag and Flex Magazine, over 10 times. I'm sharing my knowledge at a BASIC level, so everyone can add it to their fitness goals. I am a lean 72kg at 165cm tall. I use my Degree Based Training, with proper Nutrition for over 40+ years, to maintain my health & physique! (No suffering through fad diets).
