We need to appreciate ourselves for who we are amidst the wrinkles, jowls, sagging skin and belly fat from menopause. It is time to strengthen our confidence knowing that we have something to be proud of! Yes, we can always get better every day! I am same so you may be surprised how great a retired life you can afford as a regular person. DON'T believe the BS about living here for under $800/mth. Those Click Baiters are setting you up for failure. Have a realistic budget if you want to retire in any country so you can have a life. The Philippines is a great place with options for most budgets. Travel and see what country is best for you - it's still cheap to travel around Asia so JUST DO IT.
