SST was established in 1997 with the specific goal to produce top tier athletes and to provide a no-nonsense gym environment and atmosphere where athletes of all ages can excel. In addition our adult programs have consistently produced RESULTS for adults motivated by health and fitness. We have honed our skills of professional training programs, integrated nutrition management and simple hard work. We train female and male, ages 9 thru 65, individuals and sports teams.
