My name is Marco. I am a Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor with 36 years of teaching activity. I have been practising Tai Chi since 1983 and have travelled to Europe and China to meet my masters. I currently live in the italian Alps. As an athlete and researcher, I have always had a passion for nature and traditional Chinese disciplines. On this channel you will understand the Tai Chi philosophy and practice with me in a pleasant and effective way. I hope that you will find inspiration from the images and sounds of my mountains and that through my lessons it will be possible to walk together the path that leads to harmony and well-being.
