Tea Biz by Dan Bolton

Tea is both art and craft. It is the most ancient of plant-based medicines, simultaneously energizing the body as it soothes the mind. The tea industry is fascinating, intricate, and far more complex than a single person can master. That is why Tea Biz enlists 40 voices skilled in 12 languages to tell stories and report relevant news. Transparency is storytelling grounded at origin. Authentic reporting relies on tea experts and trained journalists who know the tea lands from birth and speak the native tongue. Intimately local in character, the tea trade enjoys global influence. Tea is consumed in massive volume, far greater than coffee, resulting in a business that employs millions worldwide. Each week the Tea Biz Podcast and blog summarize the news of greatest impact on the global tea community presenting far more nuanced coverage than production volumes and commodity prices. Like Show Biz, Tea Biz is a reflection of social customs and culture. Dan Bolton, founder and host

Travels with Geordie is about more than restoring classic wooden motor cruisers; it’s about reviving history, embracing adventure, and building a community that shares a passion for craftsmanship and the sea. This journey started in 2013 as Peter’s travel vlog with his late goldendoodle, Geordie, and has grown into a shared mission to honor the art of wooden boat restoration. Every plank, every nail, and every journey is made possible through viewer support. Join us, and be part of something truly special. Together, we’ll keep these stories afloat.

🇨🇦 Welcome to Katie-Kate’s Homestead, a quiet, honest look at homesteading and simple rural living in Ontario, Canada. I bought a small farm at 50 and document real life in the country — winter homesteading, extreme cold, storm prep, animal care, wood heat, off-grid readiness, and slow living through the seasons. This channel is about intentional living, questioning consumer culture, and finding meaning in a simpler, more grounded life. You’ll see unfiltered homestead routines, wildlife encounters, winter challenges, and thoughtful reflections on independence, resilience, and aging outside the mainstream narrative. If you’re interested in Canadian homesteading, rural life, winter living, minimalism, or stepping away from modern pressure, you’re in the right place. New videos documenting life on the homestead — through every season. Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/cw/Katie_KatesHomestead

We are Jim and Chris, Canadian empty nesters of 5 kids that have a deep passion for travel and exploring new places. We think outside the box to make our trips happen and want to share our experiences and travels to encourage you to do the same. We are too old for hostels and too young for bus tours and don't have a big budget to stay at 5 star hotels. Our target audience is for the over 40 crowd that have sacrificed the younger years raising kids and didn't get a chance to go see the world....but if you are just in love with travel at any age, we hope you can find some value here as well. We have enjoyed some amazing travels to Mexico, Europe, Carribean, USA, and SE Asia and are not ready to stop anytime soon. We are on the "Tomorrow Is Never Guaranteed" program right now so we feel the need to chase our dreams while we can. Can't say that this will be perfect in any way...this is totally new to us, and if we suck, at least our future grandkids have something to remember us by.

Life gets messy. So does your house. I help you clear the clutter—physically, emotionally, and mentally—so your home finally feels calm again. I’m Jennifer, a realtor and empty nester who downsized for lifestyle—not square footage. After years of over-consumption and chaos, I learned that a calmer life doesn’t come from organizing more stuff—it comes from owning less of it. On this channel, you’ll find practical, real-life advice for decluttering, staging, and simplifying your home. Not minimalist. Not perfect. Just honest stories, mindset shifts, and smart systems that help you create more space for what actually matters. Whether you’re preparing to sell, adjusting to an empty nest, or simply craving less chaos and more calm—you’re in the right place. Because decluttering isn’t really about stuff. It’s about designing your next chapter.
