Furniture restorers, horologists, metal workers, ceramicists, upholsterers and all manner of skilled craftsmen and women have been brought together in one extraordinary space to restore much loved possessions to their former glory. Many of these items have incredible stories behind them and a unique place in history: from an accordian played in the Blitz by a woman who's now in her nineties, to a beautifully crafted clock made by a father who was completely blind. 'The Repair Shop' is an antidote to the throwaway culture and shines a light on the wonderful treasures to be found in homes across the country.

When I first started in 2016, I used to sell patchwork fabric as well, therefore many of the old videos chart my sewing and patchwork journey as well as my knitting and crochet one. Hi I am Gez and I am a junk journal addict! I have also developed another hobby along side this one ....buying old books! I just love the freedom of ripping and sticking and the no rules, anything goes that this type of craft/art brings. I made my first journal in 2020 and have been hooked ever since. I have been a card maker, a scrapbooker and a maker of mini albums plus I can throw a gift box or bag together quite easily, but now junk journal and all things vintage is where my main focus and craft passion it.
