Merhaba ben Nesibe!Kanalıma hoşgeldiniz, Yemek bölümü mezunu annenin kızıyım.Çocukken en sevdiğim iş profiterol kreması doldurmaktı.2002’de staj yapmak için 4 ay Berlin’de yaşadım.2005’te bilimsel araştırma ve doktora yapmak için Hollanda’ya yerleştim.5 yıl boyunca iş arkadaşlarım, öğrencilerim ve çevremdeki farklı kültürden insanlardan dünya mutfağına dair pekçok şey öğrendim.2011’de Şikago’ya taşındım.Böylece Amerika, latin Amerika, Uzakdoğu, Asya mutfağını daha yakından tanıdım.2014ten beri İsviçre’de yaşıyorum.3 kızım var.Gezdiğim ülkelerde mutlaka yeni tatlar denerim, ve aynı lezzeti yakalayana kadar mutfağımda denemeler yaparım.Tam bir mutfak aşığıyım.Belki Kimyacı olduğum için, mutfak benim için bir laboratuvar gibi ve yeni tarifler denemeyi çok seviyorum.Elimde olan malzemeyle spontane gelişen yemekler yapıyorum.15 yıl önce başladığım, doktora ve çocuklarla yarım kalan paylaşımlarımı artık Yeşilin Elinden’de devam ettireceğim.
