Scherpschutters zijn mensen met een mindset die gericht is op voorwaarts denken en voorwaarts handelen. De term ‘rammen met je kadaver’ is ons motto en gaat veel verder dan alleen hard werken in de sportschool. Rammen met je kadaver betekent dat je jezelf kent, weet waar je heen gaat en nooit opgeeft. Dat je iedere dag weer het gevecht met jezelf durft aan te gaan. Scherpschutters is een community van like minded people die affiniteit hebben met de militaire mindset van voorwaarts opereren. De lessen gaan echter veel verder en zijn toegankelijk en toepasbaar voor iedereen die verder wil komen en van waarde wil zijn. Het is een militaire mindset voor het echte leven. Marc Pollen is de main host en creator achter Scherpschutters. Zijn achtergrond ligt bij het Korps Mariniers en NLMARSOF, waar hij tactisch commandant was van de antiterreureenheid. Vanuit deze achtergrond maakt hij connectie met zijn gasten en hun verhalen.
